Happy birthday to the love of my life.

I am so glad to be married to the kindest, most giving and patient woman in the world. I am so glad to be with you and you're going to make a great mom. It's been an incredible 19 years together. Happy birthday hun. I love you.

Our 1st Ultrasound...It's a...Velosiraptor?

This picture doesn't do it justice but I guess ultrasounds never do. We went in for our first ultrasound today and it was like a ride a Disneyland. A 1 hour wait for two minutes of joy. We were able to see and hear the heartbeat. We saw some very clear pictures of the baby but the ultrasound tech didn't snap the pictures quick enough so this is what we ended up with for proof that there really is a bun in the oven. It kind of looks like a small dinosaur. The tech said everything looks fine. We go back in on Wed to see the Doc.

The First Ultrasound

Next week we are going to have our very first ultra sound so I decided to look online for some advice on how to handle the situation. I found this very helpful video. Maybe some of you guys out there could have used this advice. I guess I'm lucky I found it in time.
